Beside his scientific education and industrial career in technology and product management, Harald Magg also holds the Certificate in Coaching from the Henley Management Centre / University of Reading, UK.

For many years he has been actively involved in global recruitment and people development programs of young “high potentials” with technical background. He helped to prepare young talents for their international leadership career in R&D and engineering.
